First Brisket Post!

A year ago I failed miserably at cooking a brisket. It was so bad I don’t call it my first, I call it roast beef.

Since then I visited this subreddit and watched videos, finally making a damn good brisket recently!

Trimmed from 14 to 12 lbs, rubbed with GoodeCo rub overnight then onto offset for around 18 hrs total at 250ish. Unwrapped to 165F then wrapped in butcher paper until probe tender, hold in the over at 170 for 4hrs.

Delicious! Ready for more!
