My current boss has never had a good impression of me, no matter how hard I try to prove myself or how well I complete my assigned tasks. I feel the need to grow professionally through company projects, but regardless of how many times I ask, he only gives me empty promises before handing those projects over to his "inner circle" (his favorites).

At first, I thought it was because I lacked experience, so I spent time to improve myself and creating my own projects to prove my worth. However, as time goes on, the unfairness has become blatant, and I’ve lost all motivation to work.

This is my dream job and the salary is quite good, so I don’t want to quit. I really need some advice from all of you. Thank you.
