My partner needs to go on WSIB, we’ve been able to find every form we need except form 6 Workers report of injury/disease. Does anyone know where we can find it on the WSIB website?

So I recently did a pattern that used these increases and I really liked it. I’m writing my own pattern for the first time ever and I want to use them instead of kfb since it’s less noticeable. How do I know when to use each one or is it more so a preference? I personally can’t really tell the difference between the 2 types.
