Worked the same job my whole life. Kinda bored of it, thinking about wether I should commit to this or apply for a "real job". Reason I say real job is because I work for my father, and never got to apply for anything or work with people my age in a part time like everyone else. My dad's thinking about retirement in 4-6 years which would force me to decide if I should take over his work or start somewhere new. Any advice?
