I don't have Fugue, and my MC is busy on another team, so no HMC either.

I do have Ruan Mei, and if I pull on the 4.2 banner, then I might get Gallagher eidolons.

Can FF+Dahlia still beat endgame (MOC/PF/APOC) without those two? (Fugue+HMC)

I'm also thinking about getting FF E2 and Dahlia S1 if that helps. (I have around 300 pulls right now.)
