With all the salary cuts and whatnot, I am about to pull a trigger on opening a small maintenance company (I already work in the industry, just on a very different level).

For my maintenance company, I need a mutli-technician who has good command of English language - this is very important.

Starting salary will be around 3000 AED + I will offer that person a commission from the revenue (yes revenue, not profit) so essentially you would be owning a part of the business (commission is structured into 3 tiers, starting from 5% ending at 10%).

Visa, medical will of course be provided. Working hours from 09:00 till 17:00 (with potential to be until 18:00 however this is VERY unlikely).
