Do y'all get dry sinus with etd? Or one nostril feels plugged? Ear pain on and off again like a dull ache for weeks?

Can't seem to find right blank. A X226 fits but not the correct blank because it's too new. Double sided blank Thanks if you know which one

60 year old male About 4 weeks ago had slight dull ache in left ear. Went to urgent care and said everything looks fine suggested ENT. Went to ENT a week later and put scope down my left nose and throat and said everything fine....said might be gerd? Ear pain isn't constant. Now it also feels slightly clogged especially when I inhale thru my nose. I've tried sudefed, nasal spray and saline spray. Symptoms not horrible and not changing much....but freaking me out. Back of throat infrequently feels achy on same side. No other symptoms. No mucus but sinus feels very dry and tight. Last few days left nostril at the base of the opening feels swollen/slightly clogged but I can't see any swelling or redness etc. Please help me on what to do. Went back to urgent care 5 days ago and she said ear is not infected and says it's probably ETD. I'm not losing weight or coughing. Sometimes my left eye feels ever so slightly dry swollen. A few weeks ago I woke up middle of the night and it was a little watery. Thanks
