Need serious help and opinions on how to deal with someone whose total age is less than the combined work experience of 2 people in the team yet he/she is trying to tell us how we should run a process, a product and a team after spending only 4 weeks in the team.
I firmly believe there are good ideas in everyone and I always love hearing new perspectives. However ideas and perspective when presented as complaints and opinions, how to deal with this?
