Shoe insoles for surgery rotation
Just started my surgery clerkship and the hardest part has been foot pain while standing still for hours at a time. I don't have any problems while running for long periods and it has been going on with multiple pairs of shoes. I'm considering standing surgical specialties so I don't want this to be an ongoing problem.
Not looking for medical advice, just if anyone has had positive experiences with those fancy fitted insoles or if they're overhyped.
