Rebate transfer fee being rejected

I transferred an RRSP account over from TD to questrade and have had multiple transfer rebate requests rejected. When I asked TD for a document showing the transfer fee with my account # for a rebate, they said all I can do is send over the proof of account transfer, which states there is a $150 fee, and a screenshot of the actual fee being charged to my Alterna account. The transaction shows it is from td and the amount and date. The td document shows the account number, name, date, and amount that they charge. But it has been rejected and there are no other documents that td will give me. Has anyone run into this problem?

I'm planning to put some plants in the front of my south-facing home this summer, replacing the wood chip mulch on both sides of the front steps. I'm interested in what people have found to grow well in Edmonton without much attention/expertise needed. So far I've noticed tall grasses and juniper shrubs looking good. I also love petunias so I'll plant some of those. Other than that, what have you had luck with? I'm open to anything except veggies as long as it is low maintenance. Evergreen, annual, perennial, doesn't matter. Thanks!
