Gi bill question

I was in a union, and they paid for my schooling rather than the VA, though I still used my GI Bill. Halfway through this second semester, something changed and I realized I didn't want to do this type of work anymore. I’ve technically withdrawn from the program, but I’m trying to finish this semester so I don’t have to pay the VA back.

My final is in two weeks, but they just informed me that I need to pay my dues in full ($750) to take it. If I don't take the final, I’ll fail. I’m at the point where I don’t want to be associated with this union—or any union—anymore. I’ve been out of work for three months and I’m not receiving any benefits, but I just want to finish this semester so I’m not stuck paying back the VA I dont know what to do or who to talk to about this im stressed and just want to move on with my life. Im asking who i need to go talk to about getting help with this problem

P.s the union nor did the va pay for school it in the union contract that the company pays for the school
