📌 The 6 Rules of r/TunisiaBusiness

1. Content must be strictly business-related to Tunisia

All posts must focus on the Tunisian market: company registration, taxation, banking, import/export, startup funding, e-commerce, freelancing with local clients, or B2B services. Political discussions are only allowed if they directly impact business (e.g., new finance law). Off-topic posts will be removed.

2. No personal ads or "buy/sell" spam

This is not a classifieds board. Do not post ads for used phones, furniture, clothes, or housing. Businesses and freelancers may promote themselves once per week in the designated weekly promotion thread only. Direct promotional posts outside that thread will be removed.

3. No scams, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick content

Zero tolerance for any form of fraud. Prohibited content includes: crypto pumps, guaranteed-return Forex signals, MLMs (multi-level marketing), "invest X get Y" schemes, paid courses promising instant wealth, or any business model requiring recruitment rather than product/service sales. Legitimate crypto or Forex discussions are allowed only with risk warnings.

4. Job posts must include salary and contract type

Any job offer must include: salary range (in TND or USD), contract type (CDI, CDD, freelance, internship), location (city or remote), and CNSS registration status. Unpaid internships and "work for exposure" offers are prohibited. Posts missing this information will be removed.

5. Self-promotion must follow the 90/10 rule

At least 90% of your activity (comments and posts) must be helpful, non-promotional content. No more than 10% of your activity may be promotional. Promotional content is restricted to the weekly promotion thread. ✅ Good: You answer 3 questions, then post your service once. ❌ Bad: You only post links to your Facebook page or website. Repeat violators will be banned.

6. Be professional and respectful

Insults, personal attacks, trolling, regionalism, or any form of discrimination will result in an immediate ban. Constructive criticism of business ideas is welcome; harassment is not.
