Got cetirizine from the doctor is this the best it's going to get ?

Got cetirizine from the doctor for the 1st 2 weeks I'm taking 2 daily one in the morning and one at night, it's taken the itch out of dermotographia which is great as the itching was so intense, but I'm still getting the hives and raised skin from the lightest of scratching/clothes rubbing

I can go up to four daily with the cetirizine before regrouping with the Dr to see how I've gotten on, he said there are other things to try once we have tried the basic cetirizine/loratadine to start

On Monday I'll start one three times daily, remembering the lunchtime one is going to be hard 🙈 will the hives and redness go away ?

I keep checking by lightly drawing on my skin with rounded chopstick hoping there will be no hives or raised redness but that bit is just as bad as it was before

Has anyone had any luck getting rid of the itching and the raised redness/hives ?

Been growing for 2 years

Grew this jade plant from a tiny leaf, noticed this year it's got pink on the leaves, Google said it's bad and from sun stress 😬 but it's growing so well on the bathroom shelf

I live in Northern Ireland so it's really not all that sunny all the time and it's cold lol, it is in the sunniest spot and is growing really fast there so I'm inclined to just leave it be ? It's been in the same spot for the last 2 years
