I've been loosely following this case. I say loosely because I don't have all of the facts and details but from what I did hear, I never felt that anything Justin did was inflammatory. I found her arguments to be weak at best...anyway, does anyone know WHY she did this? What was her motivation? It couldn't have been money; Ryan is loaded. Was it literally that she didn't like Justin and just felt like destroying him, his career and his family?

I've tried ChatGPT, even tried messaging the band who played it at the restaurant (they haven't answered). It's a 1940's big band romantic ballad I think. It feels like a mashup of Moonlight Serenade and Young at Heart but it's neither of those two. Tenderly was a good possibility but that's not it either. I know I've heard this song in movies....it's not As Time goes by but it's quite possibly from this era. I recorded the last 30 seconds of the song on my phone but I can't upload the mp4 here. I'll try to convert it.
