In the US, if I'm not mistaken, there is a place that seems to be an information center or a cultural center. This place has blue walls and a large hall. In one corner of the hall, there is a niche about the size of a refrigerator. Inside that area are papers over 200 years old, belonging to someone—perhaps the person honored by the cultural center. The papers are piled up, in pieces, unusable. They are pieces of newspapers and other notes. Some are crumpled. A glass door separates these papers from the public. What place is this, and to whom do the papers belong?
