Best booking platform for Yacht/tour operator in India with multi-boat capacity handling?
Hi everyone,
I run a yacht sailing / water activities business in India and I’m currently looking for the best booking platform setup for our operations.
Our requirements are a bit specific, so I’d really appreciate advice from anyone running tours, charters, or activity businesses:
Requirements:
- Group bookings
- Capacity management across multiple boats
- Ability to spill larger bookings across available boats automatically/manual allocation
- Razorpay or good Indian payment gateway support
- Ideally supports tours/activities rather than just hotel-style booking
- Future OTA compatibility (Viator/GetYourGuide etc.) would be a plus
- WhatsApp-friendly workflow
We currently operate sailing experiences and are expanding into more structured scheduling, so operational flexibility is important.
Would love to know:
- What platforms are you using?
- Any India-friendly solutions that handle resource allocation well?
- Any good experiences with Rezdy / Bokun / FareHarbor / WooCommerce setups? I believe there is a challenge linking Razorpay to these
