I noticed that my Service Computation Date (SCD) is the same as my EOD date on our seniority list. However, I’m also currently serving in the military as a reservist, and I’ve seen some co-workers with prior military service whose SCD reflects their military enlistment date instead.

Does the adjusted SCD for military service only apply to veterans/prior service members who are already separated, or can it also apply to current reservists/Guard members? If applicable, is there a specific process or document I need to submit to HR to have my SCD reviewed and adjusted accordingly?
