I was planning on taking MATH-UA 328 (Honors Analysis I) for the fall semester at NYU and was contemplating whether I should wait on this and take an intro to proofs class instead.

Question: Should I take an intro to proofs class beforehand, and if so, do you have any recommendations for an intro to proofs class, or can I jump right into analysis from Calc 3 + Linear Algebra + Diff Eq (taking these this spring)? What academic rigor can I expect from MATH-UA 328? Have any of you taken this class?

Currently, I am taking Calculus III (multi-variable) and Calculus IV (linear algebra + differential equations) this spring semester at a local college and will be attending NYU in the fall as a double major in math and physics.
