I have this iphone 4 that only boots into this screen and prompts me to restore it
When I use iTunes to go through with the restore, it downloads and everything - then stops and gives me an error 9 message
I’ve tried different cables, different computers - same result
Also im using windows and the device also doesn’t show up in file manager, but is recognised by iTunes
Please lmk if you have any ideas as to what might be going on as I need photos from the device and want it to be in functional condition
