I was on a job and heard a rumor that these data centers all go book 4 and they take anyone off the street and they make JW wages. Heard a data center by Toledo Ohio recently had a walk off on the job due to the GC bringing in migrant workers to do electrical work and the IBEW union allowed it? Any truth to this? If so are all these data centers go like this? What does tha say to the future of the union?
