Caps are already opening before maturity, what am I doing wrong ?

Hi everyone ! I would like to know what is happening to my fruits.

[Melmac Monster, (APE ISO from acid shroomz)]

substrat is 1/2 grain / coco coir

room temp 24C (75F)

Here is the problem, all of my mushrooms cap are opening really early while the mushroom are still hard to the touch, they are max 2-3cm

I’ve already grow this strain couple month ago without any problem and got really cool looking mushrooms!
