They're hurting me plants :(

I live in Atlanta georgia. This plant was left outside for 2 weeks before I brought it in.

Hi all, need help with these pests. Been using mosquito bits to battle the gnats. But now I'm seeing tons of these little white eggs on the pot rim and leaves.

I live in georgia, usa. Not sure what these are and how to deal with them.

It gets shaded light from a south facing window. Watering it 2x a week for this jalapeno plant.
