Does he need to wait till October. Has never been in either. He has always gone to VA.

my brother was recently in a rehab facility for 25 days. I received the Bill with a $217.50 copayment for each day. I was under the impression Medicare A and B covered the first 20 days. Any advice would be appreciated before I contact the facility.
