Build for Duelist to hit lvl 100
Hi, everyone. I've already accomplished everything I wanted to in the league, and there's just one thing left to do: reach level 100 as a Duelist.
Today i did my last challenge to 40/40
even unlocked all pantheon gods
leveled up to 100 three different characters

I like all of them axept Void Cyclone. I made that build last night and it works like shit. I have ~200d and a 91lvl Slayer and im looking for a new build.
Rlly wanna something capable to farm breach and not die too easy. Maybe even some funny build will be great.
PS Ideally, it should be capable of running at 16.5 breach with 2 deli orbs and with nice eHP
