Does anyone else deal with really bad phantom vibration syndrome?

I usually manage it fine on a day-to-day basis but for some reason today is a particularly tough day.

Specifically I keep feeling a buzz on my smart watch and check my notifications hoping to see something from them, checking, just to see nothing, repeat.
I took off my watch and yet I can still feel my wrist buzzing periodically.

This is actually driving me insane lol, anyone have tips on how to manage?
