I've set up my ACE portal and started submitting CAPE entries. This isn't my question today.

My question to you today is about the NOTIFY PARTIES tab. I have two mysterious NOTIFY parties on my portal that I don't immediately know who they are. Some googling suggests it may be related to DHL but I don't know. Neither does my normal customs broker.

The process dates are from 2006 and 2003. They are both listed as type 23 and have two different IR#s.

No other notify parties are listed. None of my other brokers that have been used over the years. Not UPS, FedEx, etc. Just these two mysterious parties that I don't really know who they are.

Also - I can't remove them.

Any ideas?
