I’m an infantry team leader. I want to become a more effective and respected leader. What areas should I focus on the most to accomplish this. I’m also significantly younger than some of the guys on my fire team and feel as though I do my job at a higher level but have less overall life experience than them. Any tips on creating mutual respect with them?
