Brioche! (and derivative product)
Made some brioche in my BM in preparation for Mother’s Day Monte Cristo sandwiches.
Fairly standard recipe. Started with everything mixed in except the butter. Added that in 1 Tbsp at a time after 10mins of mixing.
I totally messed up the cycles so I ended up using the raw dough cycle (then I turned the machine off my accident) so I used the ferment cycle to finish proofing. Then I just did the bake cycle for about 40mins.
