Hi friends I came across a post for Ramki towers in Gachibowli , I reached out to the owner asking for details , they told me to come visit the flat but there is a society specific charge of 2000 rupees just to visit the flat . The person on the other line is assuring that the charge is to be paid along with identity proof and is fully refundable . This is very suspicious but I wanted to confirm if anyone else faced the same issue .
