Our org has had a github copilot business account going back to 2023. Last night everyone in my org received an email saying administrator had removed their access to copilot. I'm the admin on the account, I go to check, and we no longer have any seats. No failed invoice attempt, just no more seat on the business account. Just dropped our license out of the blue. Now I'm scrambling to get a business license back, but this is completely unreasonable. I'll be looking for alternatives. We would have been completely fine with the new billing method. But to drop your long term customer without warning with seemingly no recourse but to contact their sales department is completely unprofessional.
