I'm planning on going to my state school, and transferring out after the first year. One issue is that i'm afraid that I can't maintain a 3.8+ gpa in college. My state school has a lot of weed out calc classes. How hard is it to maintain a good gpa? Will it be impossible for me to transfer into a good school if I can't maintain this gpa?

Also, if I include that I had like a 101 average in hs ,(weighted out of 100) would that help even if my college GPA wasn't the best?
