Looking for 1BHK in HSR / Bellandur / Kasavanahalli under 20k for 2 male bachelors

Hey everyone,

My friend and I are looking for a 1BHK flat in HSR Layout, Bellandur, or Kasavanahalli for 2 male bachelors.

Budget is under ₹20k including maintenance if possible.

Preferences:

• Semi furnished or fully furnished

• Good ventilation and peaceful locality

• Bike parking

• Reliable water supply and WiFi availability

• Preferably close to main roads

• Ready to move in immediately or within this month

We both work in media/content production, so a calm place with decent connectivity would be perfect.

If anyone has leads for direct owner flats, gated societies, or good PG/private room alternatives, please DM or comment below.

Would really appreciate any genuine leads. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I recently had my F-1 visa rejected, and I’m feeling a bit stuck on what to do next. I wanted to get some honest advice from people who’ve been through this or have knowledge about the process.

A bit of context: my rejection happened during my recent interview, and I’m currently trying to understand whether it’s better to:

Reapply as soon as possible and try to secure another visa slot before the Fall (August intake), or

Take more time to strengthen my profile and aim for the Spring intake instead.

The confusing part is that a lot of consultancies are telling me they can get me an early slot and that I should try again immediately. But I’m not sure how realistic that is, or if rushing into another attempt without addressing the reasons for rejection might just lead to another refusal.

I’d really appreciate insights on:

Is it actually feasible to get a visa slot and approval before August at this stage?

Does reapplying quickly hurt your chances if nothing significant has changed?

Is waiting for Spring generally a safer option after a rejection?

What improvements made the biggest difference for those who succeeded after a rejection?

I’m trying to make a practical decision rather than just follow what consultancies are saying.

Thanks in advance for any advice 🙏
