I'm curious if this could be a glitch. I know achievements can be glitchy but not sure. Has anyone experienced something similar maybe with other achievement alerts if no this one?

Is it possible to get achievements in error even if you haven't done the things to earned them (new beginnings etc)? I've heard they can be glitchy but wasn't sure. Thanks
