I made fancy and not fancy mac n cheese with truffle boursin, garlic and herb Irish butter in a pan that I caramelized some garlic and onions in, and a bunch of Velveeta and some Walmart Colby Jack I found in the fridge. It's like champagne mixed with champagne of beers tastes.
