Cowboy Carter Pit Disaster Refund
Remember the pit debacle?!
Well, it took ample time and resources and looping in the attorney general’s office of MD. As well as photographic evidence and video evidence of the pit layout in contrast to the actual layout compared to the Ticketmaster layout when tickets were sold (before they changed the layout officially).
Anyway, I was able to obtain a refund but the fact that if I wasn’t an attorney it likely wasn’t gonna happen is a shame.
So I say that to say, it was possible to get a refund. But I had to jump through hoops and Maryland’s law came is handy.
I’d imagine this would be on a case by case basis because they have to have proof they lied to the consumer + you must have your own evidence. & Maryland’s new law came in clutch.
In the future … I’m never doing VIP tickets ever again 🤗
