Solaris promised me a 25-year warranty on my SolarEdge inverters (my system has two of them). I just checked with SolarEdge, and I only have the 12-year warranty, because Solaris did not pay for the warranty extension.

It looks like I can still pay for the extension, since it's been less than 24 months since installation, but that's going to be another $500 out of pocket...

We're a fairly recent solar install (eastern MA) and our installer, Solaris Renewables out of Danvers, MA, just sent an e-mail saying they went out of business April 9, nearly two weeks ago.

While our solar system was activated (and we are up-and-running and exporting) serious questions remain regarding outstanding items that may have been left unfinished, including but not limited to our Connected Solutions enrollment (program for those with batteries to get paid to discharge to the grid during energy demand events, i.e. heat waves) and our Renewable Energy Credits (REC's). We signed documents on both, but these are things that only get done once activated.

Are there other Solaris customers out there left dangling in similar or different situations?
