I asked this once before but didn't really get anyone who shared the same experience, but I thought I would try one more time because its bugging me haha

A lot of the time, if I get around someone who is gentle, often is most prominent when they're doing something tactical, like working on an iPad or doing something else with their hands, but even sometimes if I get around someone who talks really gentle, it happens as well. I think im experiencing small seizures. I get that like "elevated" feeling. It also tends to be around folks I'm not totally comfortable with.

Ive experienced this my whole life. I have left TLE.

Any experiences you can share would be super appreciated! :)
