Hi all! For those of you who had low heart rate as a result of HA, when did you notice that improving/getting higher? The low heart rate is one of the symptoms/side effects that freaks me out the most (and is the most debilitating) so I'm wondering if anyone has any personal experience on how that changed during recovery.
