Please help my husband (us citizen) has filed I 103 for me and my daughter since 11/15/2024 the estimated time (17,5 months ) passed since 04/30/25. I payed for track my visa today and now they say my case will be answered by mid DECEMBER this year … can that be true? What’s your guys experience with track my visa ? Was the estimated time you’ve put there accurate ?

Please help with hope !

When can one contact the congress man ?

I have a question : can one contact his congress man after the estimated time (17,5 months in our case ) or after the inquiry date given on the website (would be 20+ months ) my husband is us citizen I’m abroad in Germany?
We’re over the 17,5 months now but not allowed to make an official inquiry.
Thank you !

My husband has submitted the I130 and put as evidence / proof of relationship:

- marriage certificate
- birth certificate of our 3 kids

Is that enough ?

Or should he add/ upload other evidence?

If so what ?

Hi everyone !

I’m a little bit confused. Track my visa says our case I 130 processing path is : ‚adjustment of status‘ . Is that right there? My husband US Citizen is applying for me his wife (German citizen) so we can live together in the states. Is that the accurate processing path ? Our case is an IEO submitted 11/15/24 still says only ‚ case was received …‘.
Thank you in advance !

Hi everyone,

I’m German and my daughter is German as well. My husband (U.S. citizen) filed an I-130 for both of us on November 15, 2024 (she’s 11, from a previous relationship, I was never married before).

Since then, nothing has happened except: “Case was received and a receipt notice was sent.” The receipt came from Texas.

Until December 14, 2025, we had estimated processing times in our USCIS account (around April 2026 for my daughter and August 2026 for me). But since then, the estimated time has completely disappeared.

When I check the USCIS processing times tool, it now says we can only submit an inquiry starting December 8, 2026. The frustrating part is: just last month it said October 16, 2026, and now it’s been pushed back again.

I’ve also read that there are technically no more “service centers” the way there used to be, and that cases are handled under SCOPS now. Is that actually true? Does that change anything about processing times?

Also, I saw people here saying “they pushed the times back.” What exactly does that mean in practice? Are cases actually taking longer now, or is it just how USCIS displays the timelines?

At this point, I’m honestly just exhausted and trying to understand what’s going on and how much longer this could realistically take. Is anyone else from late 2024 still waiting with no updates? Has anyone in a similar situation been approved already?

I’d really appreciate any real experiences or honest timelines.

Thank you.
