Dry cracked heels

Does anybody have the same problem? I moisturize my feet day and night- everyday and have a foot spa whenever I can. My heels end up getting rough and dry at the end of the day or in the morning when I wake up. How do you treat this? I just want soft and smooth heels.

So, 2 nights ago, I woke up a little past 1 am because I had difficulty breathing. I tried to go on a better lying position but it didn't get any better. Got up to use the toilet, put on my health watch (that I take off when sleeping) and watched as my heart rate rose from 100 to 130. I got into full panic mode and had an even more difficult time breathing. Woke my husband up, took a propanol (have them for emergencies, I've been off them for years) felt better and did not sleep until my heart rate was in the 70s. I don't know why these happened. I have a few triggers in mind. 1. I did a 3km jog/walk early in the morning that day. 2. I had coffee and sodas. 3. I ate a quarter of a chocolate cake (sorry, on my period)

Changed medication from PTU to Carbimazole and now on my second month. It gets quite scary. My anxiety gets even worse with these "events"
