First big girl job - need tips on classroom management for 2-3 year olds!

I will be starting a PN Class Teacher position starting August. While I have been in the Early Childhood industry for a decade, I am a little anxious to be the Class Teacher. I will have 1-2 TA's depending on the number of children. However, I know morning classes could have anywhere from 16 to 24 children. This is a huge change for me.

I was wondering if you had classroom management tips for me, as well as any tips on leading and guiding my TA's. Thanks!
