All rounds would feed and chamber fine, but about 1 in 10 rounds simply wouldn't fire. This happened 4 times. The charging handle was hard to pull back on those rounds, so I'm wondering if something got lodged in the receiver? After manually extracting the round, subsequent rounds chambered and fired fine. Extracted rounds looked normal, but had no hammer strike.
