So, I’m ready to return this machine. My question is for those that had the dreaded WiFi issue. Did you replace your machine and have success with the second one or did you have the same issue?
I won’t go into all the steps I did, but Nespresso tried the same steps with me and said I should return it. I am trying to connect to a 2.4Ghz network and actually tried different networks. Debating on if should get a refund and get the same machine and try again or just get a refund and get a different machine. I have the Nespresso Up. I know the only real benefit to the app is changing the volume which is what I want to do. Yes, I can do it manually but I should not have to. For what we spend, we should not have to settle for work arounds. I also don’t understand why we have to connect to the WiFi. I should be able to use Bluetooth to change basic settings like volume.
