Budget Build Viability?

hey all!!

i’ve been wanting to build my own PC for quite a few years, but i’m finally in a financial spot to do so. so, i’m diving headfirst into research & components. i’m not trying to have the most extravagant build to start out with, but it’s important to me to learn how to build one so i can upgrade it as needed in the future. as well, money is better than it is, but it’s still tight. my budget is strict, with little upper wiggle room.

with that being said!!

• New build or upgrade?
new build!!

• Existing parts/monitors to reuse?
small monitor

• PC purpose?
mainly gaming & learning 2d animation, but i am interested in building games myself with Unity & exploring blender. but i can always upgrade!!

• Purchase country? Near Micro Center?
US, and yes (relatively)

• Monitors needed?
yes, however this is a less important factor for now. i have a (small, shitty) monitor, but i would love recommendations for when i decide to upgrade!!

• Budget range?
~$1,000. yes i know, that’s not much. as long as there’s room to upgrade in the future, i can settle for less now.

• WiFi or wired connection?
either is an option

• Size/noise constraints?
no

• Color/lighting preferences?
i love the look of a white/light blue or dark green setup. it goes with my decor & plants :)) this is not a must, but it would be very nice.

thank you so much to whoever does decide to help me out. i greatly, greatly appreciate it!!! thank you!!!!
