I use my C2 Noelle w/R1 Whiteblind as a LC DPS alongside C0 Illuga w/R2 Dragon's blade, Columbina w/R1 Flavonius Codex and for placeholder Yun Jin because I got Anio and i am thinking about using Aino after i'm done building Noelle

how can I improve my Noelle? What artifact sets should I use on her? Right now I farmed for Columbina and Illuga and i still have to return to the mines... I run Columbina with Abundance of Morningstar and Moon, Illuga has Silken Moon. I'd like to get some help
