starting a 40 day water fast today. To those that have done extended fasting what were some things that helped push you through each day? Me personally | love to listen to worship instrumentals and watch videos. Are there any powerful meditation or worship instrumentals that you can point me to? Or any YouTube videos that helped you greatly on your journey? I need all the push that I can get! 40 days from today I will be a better version of myself!!
