Hello, I am 22/m current active duty military & my job has me dealing with a bunch of chemicals, particularly CS (gas chamber). I got prescribed an inhaler & it works to a small ammount of success, but I am still falling behind the PT standards in my branch. Sadly (of my own fault) I picked up vaping a few months ago to help deal with work stress & it obviously made it worse.

Im asking for anything that can help me run with asthma as I would preferably like to remain in my job field.
