I have 5 YOE in a mid scale company. Since 5 years I am in the same backend project.
Always got satisfactorily appraisals hence stayed back ..
But now I feel stuck .. the tech stack comprises of Java 7 and I feel like idk know anything … I tried studying so many times thinking to switch and all but always gave up ….
Now whenever I take up anything to study … I feel frozen with fear looking at how much I am lagging behind as per the Dev standards or just go into this loophole of how AI is gonna eat my job …
What to do , where to start … can anyone please help ?
