Try 2 - to meet sub rules.

Pattern is Leonid Afremov Bonded by the Rain Mini Max Color from HEAD (don't hate, I bought it way before all the drama unfolded). Looks like they dont offer this version anymore.

I've been working this off and on since 2018. There have been years long gaps in my stitching. I have parked from the beginning and it has been an absolute game changer for me.

Here are a few tips if youre considering parking:

1. Dont be precious with your thread. If you get lost or find a wayward thread, cut your losses and cut it off.
2. The key to not getting lost is marking where the thread is parked. I use pattern keeper for this.
3. Work in small sections, I work 10x10 with a rule that if a block stretches into the next block I keep going (like the bottom right black block that spans more than 10 stitches)
4. Dont try to remember where anything is. Thats what your marking system is for. If you find something that surprises you, you can always pull out your extra thread and cross check what you think or, again cut your losses and move on.
5. I personally have a rule to not travel more than 1 block radius away from where im working and always down vs to the right.
