I’m already maxing out my 401k, Roth IRA and I have a pension. We were saving for a different house but decided to stay put for the next 5 years. Where do I put this downpayment cash I had set aside for the house? It’s currently in a HYSA. Do I invest it in brokerage? Do I backdoor?
